Cape Bruny Lighthouse ToursThe centrepiece of the tour. Guided tour of Cape Bruny Lighthouse, built in 1836, heritage-listed and only accessible through Bruny Island Safaris. Climb 72 steps (with handrail) to the balcony for views across the Southern Ocean and cape. The original lens, installed in 1903, is still preserved on site. Children under 5 may visit the museum and walk at the base under adult supervision but cannot climb the stairs.
