Casa RosadaWith your guide you will discover why Plaza de Mayo is the political center of Buenos Aires city and of Argentina since the colonial times. The square holds the “Cabildo”, the old times townhold in which the revolution started, and the “Casa Rosada” the presidential house. The Cathedral of Buenos Aires which used to be Pope Francis’ church is also located here. Note. Sometimes is difficult to stop in this area due to security measures from the Presidential guard. If we are able to do it a stop of 20 minutes is planned here, if not we will just drive through it.
