You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator(Odyssey DMC) by email or by what’s app messenger after the booking is made.

Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC) and show to the staff at the Burj Khalifa entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.

Please note that during peak tourist season, weekend and public holidays this option will also have some waiting time at the Ticket Counter / Elevator.

Please arrive at the redemption point 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
