Learn how to roast the raw cacao seeds and transform it into chocolate powder artisanally with local barristas. Personnalized experience of cocoa history and chocolate making from scratch.

Second stop of the tour, the pine forest in the Sierra Norte. We will hike to the viewpoint and enjoy the view drinking our home made chocolate from the mountain top. the hike is moderate, last about 2 hours, very accessible for all the family members.

Third stop, the molinillo fabric in the pueblo Las Animas in Sierra Norte mountains. Jesus will show you his passion and talent to make the beautiful wooden wisks!
