07:30 AM: Depart for Cai Be via Trung Luong Expressway. Upon arrival, enjoy a boat ride on the Tien River, passing lush orchards that make the Mekong Delta Vietnam’s fruit basket. Stroll through villages to visit an ancient house, see locals making coconut candy and crispy rice popcorn, taste fresh tropical fruits, and enjoy traditional Southern folk music.

Tan PhongAfter arriving on Tan Phong Island, soak in the peaceful natural surroundings. At lunchtime, enjoy a hands-on experience preparing Vietnamese specialties, then savor your own creations in a beautiful garden setting.
