When you arrive at Hout Bay Harbour, you can choose to shop at the market or take a 45-minute boat ride to Seal Island to see the seals (optional).

Chapman's Peak DriveWe will drive onto the renowned Chapman's Peak Drive as we depart Hout Bay. A local name for this mountainside road is Chapies. A marvel of engineering! The massive Chapman's Peak mountains, which resemble an avalanche dropping into the ocean, are the route of the 9km Chapman's Peak Drive. Additionally, you will have the chance to pause and take pictures while admiring the stunning views of the white sand beaches, cliffs, and the Atlantic Ocean.

Cape Point Nature ReserveWe will drive to Cape Point from the Cape of Good Hope, where we can take the Flying Dutchman Funicular tram or an easy hike to the Cape Point Lighthouse. A lighthouse was built in 1857, on Cape Point Peak, 238 meters above sea level.
