Our most popular tour features a full-day, self-guided biking adventure to some of the finest wineries in the region. Starting at Black Barn Vineyard, this journey includes cycling along scenic pathways past award-winning wineries.

- 🍷 Visit 6-7 award-winning wineries along a 16km stretch of easy cycling trails.
- 🕙 Departure is at 10am from Havelock North, where your biking journey begins.
- 🌅 Meet our van at the last winery for a 4pm transfer back to the starting point.
- ⚠️ This is a self-guided tour; ensure you are comfortable with cycling for the duration of the trip.

Takaro Trails Cycle Tours - Day ToursMeet here to catch our shuttle at 10am. Your tour includes bike, pannier & helmet hire, water bottle, route instructions & trail map, wine pick up service and return transport to Napier. (Min 2 people per booking).

Cape KidnappersThis is your starting point - our van transfers you here. You will be set up on your bike (choose an e-bike for extra cruisey riding) and be given a briefing on the route before you set off, cycling at your own pace to enjoy the scenery and visits to the various wineries along the way. Visit Hygge Cafe here OPEN 7 days in summer for a coffee or snack for the cycle ride.
