Living in Cabo we can offer your an amazing dinner with fresh fish catch of the day, our menu Catch of the day is one of the best as we have local fish from the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean, so you will have fresh ingredients in your special dinner. Your private chef will make a delicious food for you that will include:

Fresh fish ceviche with avocado and radish.
Rucula salad (cherry tomatoes, grapes, orange, goat cheese with sweet mustard vinaigrette)
Catch of the day wrapped in a parmesan crust and fine herbs, cauliflower puree, mint, and grilled veggies.
Traditional three milk cake accompanied by berry coulis.

Service includes chef, food, cooking and cleaning, waiter/bartender 4 hrs-
minimum 6 people. Tip not included.
