Our office is located only one block after the main exit of the port, on the right hand side of the Mayan temple. The start time is 20 minutes after the disembarkation time.
You have to leave the harbor and head to the parking lot where the red golf carts are. There we have vans with our logo on them and then one of our drivers will be bringing you to our office. Tours start 20 minutes after the disembarkation time.

Costa Maya Cruise PortWhen you arrive at the port of Costa Maya, after you disembark your cruise you will have to go to the main exit where the yellow taxis are, there we have transport with our logo and one of our drivers can take you directly to our office where we will check in where you will wait about 15 minutes before leaving for your excursion and you can enjoy a complimentary drink, and then leave to your first stop at the archaeological zone of Chacchoben that will take about an hour to arrive.

Where you can enjoy a rich local meal and two drinks (booze or non-alcoholic) included per person; and you can also swim and appreciate its beautiful colors.

Costa Maya Cruise PortAfter completing your tour of the archaeological area and enjoying our beautiful lagoon of seven colors. Your driver will be taking you back to the port of Costa Maya which will take approximately one hour with 45 minutes to 2 hours to arrive.
