This is a shared tour, so please arrive early at the meeting point. If you arrive late, there will be no option to catch up with the group, as the tour operates by bus with the entire group. If you do not board the bus on time, there will be no rescheduling or refund. If you wish to join the tour on another day, a new ticket must be purchased. We kindly ask you to be responsible and punctual.

The cenote visit is subject to availability. Depending on the day’s conditions, you may visit either Cenote Nool Há or Cenote Chichikán. Please note that your package includes access to one cenote only. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that this tour lasts over 12 hours. As Chichén Itzá is located in the state of Yucatán, travel time can be considerable. Transportation is normally by bus, but it's possible that there won't be enough people for the tour and a van will be used instead.
