This is a shared tour, so please arrive early at the meeting point. If you arrive late, there will be no option to catch up with the group by car, as the tour operates by bus with the entire group. If you do not board the bus on time, there will be no rescheduling or refund. Should you wish to join the tour on another day, a new ticket must be purchased. We kindly ask you to be responsible and punctual.

The cenote visit is subject to availability. Depending on the day’s conditions, you may visit either Cenote Nool Há or Cenote Chichikán. Please note that your package includes access to one cenote only. We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to providing you with the best possible experience.

We’d like to remind you that the tour you’ve selected lasts over 12 hours. As Chichén Itzá is located in the state of Yucatán, travel time can be considerable. We recommend coming prepared for a long day wearing comfortable clothing, bringing sunscreen, and carrying enough water.
