No 2 Pound StreetWe will then be discussing the intricacies of cheese with the very knowledgeable James @no2poundst @therealcheeseproject. Access to the dark room where experimental cheeses are maturing and then on to experience the flavour profiles of different cheeses alongside a wine pairing and additional condiments. James is a champion of the slow food movement and focuses on smaller, British artisans.
