Welcome to the school 15 minutes before the start of the course to equip yourself: suit, lycras, board, etc.
We have changing rooms available to change.
For 30 minutes, warm up and deposit on the sand, to acquire and repeat the movements. For an hour, practice in the water supervised by our instructors!
