Aprenderás a preparar deliciosa cocina auténtica mexicana en nuestra cocina familiar. Esta clase personalizada iniciará en una cocina grande y de estilo mexicano, prepararemos la comida en una amena clase donde podrá beber café, té o agua fresca mientras empezamos cocinando una típica salsa mexicana, seguido del platillo principal que es un asado de cerdo típico de mi ciudad natal y la garnitura. Durante la clase te explicaré la historia del platillo, te enseñaré los ingredientes y sus orígenes y la preparación del mismo. Finalmente prepararemos la mesa para disfrutar de los frutos de su trabajo en nuestra hermosa cocina con una copa de vino y una buena conversación.
