During the hour long roasting tour you will learn about the different method of processing and their impact on roasting. You will do two roasts on our drum roaster and we will explain all the basics principles of roasting.
We will let you do the second roast under our supervision.
After the class you will be able to sample and buy all our coffees at the shop.
