The entrance tickets to the Colosseum cannot be changed or refunded

The client can choose the time of the tour since he/she is free to have the audio guide, but the timetable to be respected is the monument entrance time.

A smartphone is required to download and listen to the audio guide.

We recommend the use of headphones for a better listening and audio guide experience (headphones are not included).

Late arrivals will not be refunded

Please download the Audioguide before you start the tour where you have wifi. (Once downloaded, the Audioguide works without Wifi.)

If you cancel at least 3 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel between 1 and 3 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel within 1 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.
