Date change requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date. Any requests received less than 24 hours before the tour cannot be accepted.

Guests who fail to arrive at the designated meeting point or are not available at the scheduled pick-up time will be considered a No Show, no refund will be provided

Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking details such as hotel names, number of passengers and correct section of adults and children

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
