In July and August, morning classes skip the market due to heat and meet at our studio at 10:00am. Full info will be sent after booking.
Come Cook With Us in Rome! You will start out at a local market, where you will shop for fresh produce. On the way to the studio you will take a small walking tour through the historic center. Once you arrive you will learn to make pasta from scratch: fettucine, cavatelli, ravioli. You'll learn how to make an antipasto and 2 different pasta sauces. And let's not forget the dessert: tiramisu! Our lessons are family-friendly!
