2. Greek Coffee
The traditional Greek coffee, a strong brew, is served with foam on the top (kaimaki) and the grounds at the bottom of the cup.
Engage in a 3-hour activity, from visiting Alexandra's cows to gathering fresh eggs from her chickens and hand picking vegetables from her lush garden. Let your hostess show you step by step the exciting process of bringing the raw materials all the way to your dish.
