The tour begins with a walk to the fruit market to discover local products. We then move to the restaurant to start the preparation together with the chef.
- An activity to get to know the traditional cuisine of the area in a unique location: an exclusive cave restaurant. Accompanied by a local chef, you will learn how to make traditional pasta shapes, seasonal recipes and get to know the simple dishes of popular cuisine. You will listen to the stories of the gastronomic traditions of the area, you will discover the typical products and the occasions in which they were used, you will learn about the gastronomic habits of the local families.
