Learn how to cook classic Italian dishes in the heart of Trastevere, an authentic Rome neighborhood. After a market visit to Campo de' Fiori to buy ingredients, head to a private apartment for your class. With the guidance of one of our professional and qualified Chefs, you’ll make three types of pasta with 3 different sauces (or fillings)for a total of 4/5 courses served that can include antipasto, a meat course and dessert . The amount of courses will depend on what we choose to do once at the market . Numbers are limited to 10 people for a small-group experience.The class starts with a minimum of 6 participants
