I will delight you with the taste of aubergines while you prepare a plate of pasta “alla norma”, and discover the flavors of our sea through fresh fish from the local market, and flavored with spices such as capers from the Aeolian Islands and olives born from the fertile volcanic land.

Meet the Chef Mimmo directly at the "Ahoy Bistró Siciliano" on the waterfront Lungomare Tysandros nr 68 in Giardini Naxos
Meet up with the Chef Mimmo at the "Ahoy Bistrò Siciliano" in Giardini Naxos facing the sea and the Bay of Naxos and Taormina. Start your experience with a wine tasting with focaccia, cold cuts, and local Sicilian cheese. After wearing the apron, you will prepare 3 traditional Sicilian dishes: an appetizer, a fish dish and six different types of fresh pasta homemade by you. And then you will sit at the table to enjoy a real typical Sicilian lunch, a few meters from the beach and the sea, with a final tasting of small traditional Sicilian Cannoli accompanied by a glass of Limoncello.
