Meeting Time: If you selected transportation, pickup is scheduled one hour after your cruise ship arrives at Costa Maya Port, with the earliest pickup at 9:00 AM Ship Time.

Meeting Point: Your driver will meet you just outside the main access to Costa Maya Port. Look for Gabriel or Ruth near a welcome board displaying your name.

Return Transportation: Please follow the instructions provided by your beach club staff and driver regarding your return transportation and allow sufficient time to return to your ship.

Food & Drinks: Your experience includes a full open bar and freshly prepared food with multiple menu options. Vegetarian options are available.

Alcoholic Beverages: Alcoholic drinks are available only to guests of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly.

Beach Equipment: Kayaks and snorkeling gear are available subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Rain or Shine: This tour operates rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, operations may be modified or canceled to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.

Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.

Transportation vehicles can accommodate foldable wheelchairs only. Vehicles are not wheelchair-adapted, and non-folding wheelchairs cannot be accommodated.
