The beach club is located along the Mahahual beachfront Malecón, a short distance from Costa Maya Port.

Vegetarian options are available. Please advise us in advance of any dietary requirements.

Additional water activities such as kayaking and paddleboarding may be available for an additional charge.

Please make sure to select the correct option at booking, as some packages include round-trip transportation from Costa Maya Port and others do not.

For options including transportation, pickup is scheduled 1 hour after your cruise ship docks, with the earliest pickup at 9:00 AM Ship Time.

Guests booking an option without transportation must make their own way directly to the beach club in Mahahual.

Food and beverage inclusions vary according to the Silver, Golden, or Platinum package selected at booking.

Additional food, beverages, and premium items not included in the selected package may be purchased directly at the beach club.

Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.

Transportation vehicles can accommodate foldable wheelchairs only. Vehicles are not wheelchair-adapted, and non-folding wheelchairs cannot be accommodated.
