You will meet your Sherpa host. If you are the first to arrive they'll be outside, if not they'll be inside this quaint spot telling a story or two while all guests arrive. If you happen to be more than 10 minutes late, give us a call so we can help you meet them before they move on.

Your Sherpa host will take you to the entrance of the Frida Kahlo museum where you'll be able to skip-the-line and enter with your ticket

Start with two tacos and a traditional drink (café de olla or agua fresca).

See the Fuente de los Coyotes and the historic church. This plaza is where Coyoacán's identity as a town, not a suburb, still shows.

Taste pozole and classic antojitos at the market's food stalls. This market feeds the neighborhood daily, it isn't staged for tourists.
- Explore Coyoacán's main square and historic town hall. Frida and Diego's Coyoacán, and today's, both center on this square. (pass by)

Taste roasted cacao, then chocolate made from it on a century-old grinder still in use. The process, not just the taste, is the point.

Explore a local market, sample seasonal fruit and, optionally, edible insects from a multi-generation family stall, along with quesadillas, traditional Mexican drinks, and Mexican snacks.
