Transportation: Comfortable transportation is provided from the meeting point. Vehicle type varies by group size: compact car for 1–4 guests, minivan for 5–8 guests, and van for larger groups.

Tour Duration: The total tour duration is approximately 5 hours, including transportation between locations.

Activity Level: This tour is considered easy, but guests should be comfortable walking at the archaeological site and participating in the selected activities.

Waiver: A waiver must be completed before participating in the tour.

What to Bring: Wear comfortable clothing and a swimsuit. Bring a towel, biodegradable sunscreen, sun protection, cash or a credit card, and a change of clothes.

Meeting Point: Meet your guide at MEGA Soriana Supermarket in Downtown Cozumel, located directly on the waterfront boardwalk and just four blocks from the Punta Langosta Cruise Terminal. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled tour time.

Rain or Shine: This tour operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately.

No Port, No Pay: If your cruise ship does not call at the port of Cozumel, you will receive a full refund.

Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
