Join us for a hands-on, one-hour culinary workshop at Cachasol Farm Distillery. You will make fresh guacamole en molcajete, cook on the comal, enjoy quesadillas with rice and beans, and sip a Cachasol cocktail while the farm does what it does best: slow everyone down. What you'll experience: Check in at the Comedor and settle in with an agua fresca while we introduce the workshop. Make fresh guacamole while learning simple techniques around texture, balance, lime, chile, salt, and the order of ingredients. Learn a little history behind avocado, corn, tortillas, and the role these foods play in Mexican culture. Then move to the comal and try your hand at cooking tortillas and quesadillas. Enjoy the food you prepared: guacamole, 2 quesadillas, rice, beans, salsas. And for adult guests, enjoy one Cachasol cocktail made with our award-winning tequila, named by Men's Journal as one of 2026's Best Small-Batch and Best Everyday Tequilas.
