Overview

This relaxing half-day combo tour is the perfect way to explore Dubrovnik, Cavtat, and their picturesque surroundings. Discover the rich cultural and historical heritage of the Dubrovnik region while enjoying its world-renowned gastronomy.

We’ll visit Dubrovnik’s top photo spots, including the Ombla River, Franjo Tuđman Bridge, and Mount Srđ, before continuing south to the charming town of Cavtat. After exploring Cavtat, we head to Konavle Valley, the traditional food-producing region of southern Croatia.

Our journey includes a visit to the Ljuta River and its historic water mills, vital for the Dubrovnik Republic’s flour production. We’ll also explore Sokol Fortress, which once protected Konavle and Dubrovnik from invaders.

To complete the experience, we’ll visit the historical museum in Čilipi, showcasing the region’s heritage and silk production.

  • At the ruins of an old Napoleon garrison near Bosanka Village, capture postcard-perfect views of Dubrovnik’s Old Town with its red-tiled roofs and city walls.     Sokol Grad, located on a steep cliff above Konavle, is a medieval fortress dating back to the 14th century and was an important strategic point for the defense of the Dubrovnik Republic. Today, it has been restored and is open to visitors, who can explore the preserved walls, towers, and cisterns while enjoying the impressive view of Konavle, the surrounding villages, and the Adriatic Sea.
