Queen Emma Pontoon BridgeThe Queen Emma Bridge is a pontoon bridge across St. Anna Bay in Curaçao. It connects the Punda and Otrobanda quarters of the capital city, Willemstad.
- Otrobanda’s residents make the neighborhood special by encouraging artists, opening their exterior walls and hosting regular street parties with music and art. They threw these parties called Kayakaya every few months. (pass by)
- Reaching a height of 56.4 meters (185 feet) above the water at its apex (to accommodate ships entering the narrow harbor), it weighs 3,400 tons.
