At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: Full name of Lead Passenger, Party size, Date of arrival, Time of tour, Name of cruise ship, Tour Language.

Refunds may be partially granted in case tour activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship.

Each of our TukTuks can accommodate 2 (adult) passengers, the addition of additional passengers (Child(ren) or if passengers are of slim composure) can be possible, but will be strictly to the responsibility of the costumer. NOTE: No refunds will be granted for the additional passenger(s) that wont fit in the TukTuk.

Each reservation is per (1) TukTuk Vehicle.

Each of our TukTuk Vehicles comfortably accommodates 2 adults passengers and possibly 1 or 2 child(ren) or sometimes even a 3rd. adult (depending on their slimness). - Customers will be solely and fully responsible for their decision to book more than 2 passengers in each TukTuk Vehicle. - No refunds will be granted for passengers that wont fit in the tuktuk.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
