Meet your host at Jolie Cooking Class near the Dragon Bridge and join a small-group, hands-on experience.

Begin with a Vietnamese coffee-making session, where you’ll learn how to brew traditional local coffee using classic methods and enjoy tasting your freshly made cup.

Next, prepare and assemble Banh Mi fillings. You’ll work with key ingredients, learn how different flavors are balanced, and put together your own Banh Mi using prepared bread. All ingredients and cooking equipment are provided.

Throughout the class, your host will share insights into Vietnamese food culture in a friendly local family setting. At the end of the experience, enjoy the coffee and Banh Mi you’ve prepared together.
