Grotta VerdeThe Green Grotto, formerly known as the Turks’ Grotto, is a cave located on the southern side of the Island of Capri, mainly known for the color of the water inside, which, due to particular light effects, appears green.
- It consists of an octagonal masonry tower with a lantern and gallery, situated above a two-story building for the lighthouse keeper. The lighthouse has been recently repainted and is now white with vertical red stripes. The keeper’s house is red. (pass by)
