- You will sail by boat from Cartagena along the Caribbean Sea, bordering the bay and colonial forts of Cartagena, and then enter the turquoise waters of the Rosary. Enjoy views of islands and mangroves until you reach Frigate Island House, a private, natural and peaceful island (pass by)
