Every nautical tour is subject to the authority of the Captaincy of Ports (Navy), which may prohibit the departure of vessels without prior notice, when weather conditions, mainly wind, compromise the navigability and safety of passengers and crew. During the boat ride, life vests are provided for free. In addition, there is a second model of vest used for recreational tours available on the boat. The rental of this second model costs R$ 30.
