EuromastTHIS AMUSEMENT WE TAKE PICTURES FROM THE OUTSIDE, WE DON'T NEED TO GO INSIDE! The Euromast was built on the occasion of the international horticultural exhibition Floriade in 1960 by architect Huig Maaskant and contractor J.P. van Eesteren built in Het Park, near the entrance to the Maastunnel. Architect Maaskant used the masting of a ship as inspiration for the design. This led to the name Euromast. The design of the restaurant with viewing platform is based on the crow's nest in a ship's mast (and sometimes also called that) from which one can look out over great distances. The restaurant was raised to a height of 100 meters by jacking in five days. The tower was equipped with a replica of a ship's bridge at a height of 32 meters, giving the public an impression of navigation equipment and a chart room.The tower is made of reinforced concrete and has a diameter of 9 meters and walls of 30 centimeters thick. To keep the center of gravity as low as possible - and thus increase.

The Hotel New York on the Wilhelminapier in Rotterdam is a hotel located in the former management building of the Holland-America Line (H.A.L.). The hotel opened in 1993. Kijk-KubusThe cube houses in Rotterdam are 38 cube-shaped stilt houses and 13 business cubes at the Blaak near the Oude Haven. They were built between 1982 and 1984, after an initial presentation of the plans in 1978. Piet Blom's design is a variant of the Helmond cube house in a slightly larger grid. MarkthalThe Markthal was designed by architectural firm MVRDV. The gray natural stone building has an arch shape like a horseshoe. The apartments mentioned were built between the inner and outer arches. The building has a glass facade on both ends. The laminated glass panels, most of which are square and 148.5 centimeters wide, are hung in a cable net facade of 34 meters high and 42 meters wide, which makes it the largest in Europe. Each facade has 26 vertical and 22 horizontal cables. The Markthal in Rotterdam is a residential and retail building with an indoor market hall, located between the streets Dominee Jan Scharpstraat, Grotemarkt, Westnieuwland and Verlengde Nieuwstraat.The opening took place on October 1, 2014 by Queen Máxima. In addition to an indoor market, the complex houses 228 apartments, 4,600 m² of retail space, 1,600 m² of catering and a parking garage for more than a thousand cars. The Markthal is a development by Provast, owned by Klépierre.

Royal Delft - Koninklijke Porceleyne FlesDe Porceleyne Fles (since 1919 De Koninklijke Porceleyne Fles, internationally known as Royal Delft) is a pottery factory, founded in 1653 in Delft and can now also be visited as a museum. Delft Blue pottery is produced. It is one of the smallest stocks listed on the stock exchange. The current building complex was built in the 1920s when the factory moved to Rotterdamseweg. The buildings in the traditionalist style are a national monument. In the garden between the office complex and factory there is a courtyard with different styles of columns and other decoration options made of construction ceramics. Binnenhof & RidderzaalThe Binnenhof (historical name: Hof van Holland) is a building complex in the center of The Hague, which has been the center of Dutch and Dutch politics for centuries. The Senate and House of Representatives, the two colleges that together form the Dutch parliament, sit and meet here. The Prime Minister, chairman of the Council of Ministers and official representative of the Dutch state, also has his office here, in the Torentje. Finally, the Advisory Division of the Council of State (AARvS) is located there, whose public task is to independently advise government and parliament on legislation and administration. The origins of the Binnenhof go back to the construction of a castle by the counts of Holland, who had their residence there since the thirteenth century.
