Here’s how to meet when you arrive at The Roseau Cruise Terminal:
Walk off the pier, take a left and come down about 50 meters along the white vendor’s tents, to a big white building labeled FRESH MARKET. An assigned driver/guide will be in that general area with a 'Kool Dominica Tours' sign.
This port is the commercial port, meaning you should see a lot of shipping containers. Get to the exit and then past the vendors up to an area with a white picket fence. An assigned driver will be in that general area with a 'Kool Dominica Tours' sign.
