You will learn the basics of freediving in the pool first and then after you can book for an additional session in the beautiful waters of Koh Lanta.
The reason of starting from the pool is safety, because going directly to the sea might not make you enjoy the session at all (and loose your money), since the sea part is a boat trip and not a shore experience.
The activity will consist of learning breathing techniques, relaxation techniques and freediving basics. You will always be with an instructor. After a successful completion of the activity in the pool, you can book additional session in the sea (extra booking required) and earn an actual certification (depending on how you do in the water).
