The bus has 1 bathroom, you are only allowed to use number 1, you cannot use number 2 because the bathroom has ventilation connections to the entire bus and if you use number 2 the entire bus would smell bad, stops will be made at the places visited where you can use the bathroom

f you’re carrying personal belongings and wish to keep them safe while enjoying your swim in the cenote, lockers are available for rent. The small rental fee is paid directly at the park.
