To receive printed physical tickets, guests must redeem their online vouchers exclusively at Stop #1 or Stop #5 with a sales agent. These physical tickets are mandatory for hopping on and off the buses throughout the day.

All guests must start at Stop 1 (21 S 5th Street) or Stop 5 (12 N 12th Street) for the bus tour. At these stops, you can redeem your online voucher or purchase tickets from a sales agent. You cannot board the bus at any stop without first seeing a sales agent to do one of these, but once you get your validated paper ticket and start at stop 1 or 5, you can get on and off as you please from then on. The exception is if you purchased tickets from the visitor center and already received your paper ticket; you may start at any stop.

Complimentary shuttle service is available for guests staying at Center City or Old City hotels to help you reach a sales agent and redeem your voucher. Please note that service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed. Reservations are required by phone, with the final pickup or drop-off scheduled for 3:00 PM. 215-922-2300 ( 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM )

Tickets are valid based on calendar dates and are available for 1, 2, or 3-Day options.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
