Lovrjenac FortressOne of five main fortresses of Dubrovnik city walls system. It is built on a 30m high rock, a strategic position for defending Dubrovnik. From top of the fort you will be able to see why it was so important to control the high peaks around the town if you wanted to win the battle in the Medieval times. It is a masterpiece of military architecture with walls facing the sea between 8 and 12 meters thick. And it is only an introduction to the city walls!

Dubrovnik City WallsDubrovnik has one of the most preserved city walls system in the world. The walls are 1940-meters-long with 5 fortresses (Lovrijenac, Revelin, Minčeta, Bokar, and St John). While walking along the city walls, you will be able to see all the main sites of Dubrovnik but from a different perspective - from the height.
