Concrete ruins and rusted I-beams rise from the red sand near the Virgin River — all that remains of the ill-fated Babylon House and the old Stormont Mill site. Graffiti wraps the skeletal foundation, and as you walk through it, you can’t help but wonder: how could someone live out here? It’s raw desert history — part mining relic, part abandoned dream — set against towering red cliffs and open sky.

Rolling red sandstone fins — like Moab, but quieter. Babylon Arch sits just off the trail, with no major hike required. This area features more solid bedrock and less deep sand, making it easier and more playful to ride. Here, riders can safely spread out and explore instead of staying in tight formation, enjoying open terrain with sculpted rock in every direction.
