Get to know the locals and stop by a traditional deli where you'll taste freshly baked Apulian focaccia filled with your favorite charcuterie and vegetables, washed down by a glass of good wine or a drink of your choice.

Before returning to Alberobello, stop at a local bakery and try local almond cookies. You'll also get to try seasonal fruits, hand-picking them right from the trees (cherries, fichi, fioroni, pears, blackberries and mulberries, depending on the season) along the way.
