Minimum age to take part to the tour is 14 years old. Guests below 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

A good balance riding a bicycle is required

You must be confident riding a bicycle at a cruising speed of 20 kmh (12 mph)

For safety, guests not showing enough balance and confidence riding a bicycle during the initial bike test will not be admitted to the ride. Evaluation is at sole discretion of the Guide. There is a No refund policy in the unlikely event a guest is not admitted to the ride.

For safety reasons, the Guide reserves the right to modify the itinerary based on group ability and confidence whilst riding a bicycle. This assessment is made at the Guide’s sole discretion during the first flat part of the ride. Please note that no refunds will be issued in the unlikely event the itinerary is altered or shortened to ensure guests’ safety.

The itinerary may be subject to change due to road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Neither the Guide nor Como Bike Tours is liable for any injury to guests, or damage to their property, arising from falls, collisions, or crashes with other guests, third parties, vehicles, or objects. Guests ride at their own risk. Any damage caused by guests to rental bikes shall be the guest’s responsibility and must be paid directly to our partner bike shop.

Typical arrival time is 12:30 PM, though this may vary by up to 15 minutes depending on the group’s overall pace and ability.
