You will be picked up at your accommodation in Cali and travel about one hour into the western Andes, enjoying scenic views of the cloud forest along the way (the final stretch is on an unpaved mountain road).
Once at the sanctuary, you will spend approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes observing dozens of wild hummingbirds flying freely at natural feeders, along with other tropical bird species attracted to fruit feeders. There are no cages or enclosures — the birds come and go naturally. You will have time to take photos, relax in the cool mountain climate, and enjoy a welcome coffee while your bilingual guide shares information about the birds and the ecosystem.
After the birdwatching experience, you will make a short stop at a local farm where you can interact with and feed cute baby goats.
You will then return to Cali and be dropped off at your original pickup location.
