    The Mastaba of Ti is one of the most famous and well-preserved mastabas in Saqqara, Egypt. It was built for Ti, a high-ranking official and royal architect under King Neferirkare, during the 5th Dynasty (c. 2520–2494 BC) The mastaba is notable for its elaborate decoration and its detailed portrayal of everyday life in ancient Egypt. The entrance leads to a courtyard with columns and a burial shaft. The tomb's interior features two serdabs, or storage chambers for statues of the deceased, as well as beautifully carved reliefs depicting scenes of agriculture, hunting, fishing, and other daily activities.

    The Mastaba of Mereruka is another significant archaeological site in Saqqara, Egypt. It dates back to the 6th Dynasty (c. 2490–2323 BC) and was built for Mereruka, a high-ranking official who served under King Pepi I. This mastaba is known for its well-preserved reliefs and its depiction of the deceased's daily life and his role in the royal court. The tomb features a central courtyard, a burial shaft, and a number of chambers decorated with scenes of agriculture, hunting, and other activities.
