We will meet at the huge flagpole just outside the cruise port, crossing the pedestrian bridge to the left and then walk to the Salon Riviera Cultural Center to try out and adjust our bikes.

The special is the Ramses, a fish taco battered with shrimp and its secret sauce together with the naturally flavored water that makes it a different place, among machinery used at the port's old tuna cannery. Their lemon and peppermint water is the best in the world.

Maybe these tacos are not recognized by the Michelin guide but we can be sure that they are one of the best carnitas tacos in Mexico. The masiza taco with zarrapa is the best there is.

After the event we can finish having some margaritas in the place of origin. Ensenada invented the margarita. Everyone pays for their drink or have a specialty coffee like a flat white or a driper in a nice square.
