Meeting Point: Transportation is not included. Guests must arrive at Restaurante Vid'ah Bistro on the La Paz Malecón at least 10 minutes before the scheduled tour time.

Life jackets must be worn during snorkeling and whenever required by the captain or local authorities. Life jackets are mandatory in reef areas

Children must be accompanied by an adult. Children participating in snorkeling must be comfortable swimming in open water and able to use the provided snorkeling equipment safely.

Sea Lion Breeding Season: Swimming restrictions may apply during the summer months due to the sea lions' breeding season. When swimming with sea lions is restricted, wildlife viewing will take place from the boat and snorkeling may be offered at an alternative site.

Wildlife: Sea lions and other marine animals are wild. Sightings and behavior cannot be guaranteed. Guests must not touch, feed, chase or disturb wildlife.

Protected Area: Balandra and San Rafaelito are protected natural areas. Guests must follow all instructions from the guide and local authorities to help protect the reef, wildlife and surrounding environment.

What to Bring: Bring a swimsuit, towel, hat, sunglasses and sun protection. A jacket or sweater is recommended during the winter months.

Alcoholic Beverages: Alcohol is not included, but guests may bring their own. Glass bottles and glass containers are not permitted on board.

Weather: This tour operates rain or shine. The itinerary and snorkeling locations may change depending on weather, sea conditions and restrictions issued by local authorities.

Port Closure: If the port is closed to navigation by local authorities and the tour cannot operate, you may reschedule your tour or receive a full refund.

Cruise Guests – No Port No Pay: If your cruise ship does not call at La Paz, you will receive a full refund. This does not apply to guests who arrive late or miss the tour after their ship has called at port.

Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.

Guests must be able to board and exit the boat independently. This tour is not suitable for guests who cannot safely board a small boat.

Guests participating in snorkeling must be comfortable swimming in open water and able to follow the guide's safety instructions.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
