The exact pick-up time is confirmed one day before the chosen experience, as it depends on the location of the hotel and the route of the unit. Travellers are requested to be ready at their scheduled time as they have 5 minutes of tolerance after pick-up.

Boarding the hot air balloon will take place to experience the experience as you fly over the Teotihuacan Pyramids, surrounded by hot air balloons.
