a guided tour of the vineyards, followed by a visit to the old winery, whose original structure dates back to 1815 and a tour of the underground wine cellar.
Later on you will get to try 4 of our Etna DOC and Organic wines with a selection of typical products such as cheese, salami, estate olives and olive-oil, local bread and homemade sweet.
A detailed description of the most important wine-making processes will be provided, including the traditional organic cultivation method, Etna's indigenous varieties of grapes, fermentation and maceration processes, ageing and bottling of our wines.
