Exciting trekking up Mount Tezio, one of the most evocative places in the Perugia area. We will reach the magnificent summit meadows of this mountain, at almost 1000 meters above sea level, with breathtaking views of Lake Trasimeno, Perugia and all of Umbria. We will walk on the remains of a 3000-year-old village and discover medieval snow pits. A magnificent tour between history and nature...
The itinerary is circular and develops mostly on mountain paths, with short portions on dirt roads. Medium difficulty trekking, length about 8 km, difference in altitude about 500 m.
