In this Colonial Architecture Hacienda, we will learn about the history of Ica during the Viceroyalty of Peru and the traditions inherited from the Spanish, as well as the grape production that would later become wine and pisco. On Mondays, Hacienda Tacama is closed. Therefore, on this day, we will visit Hacienda Vista Alegre.

We will also visit the best distillery in Peru, Hacienda Destilería La Caravedo, a beautiful colonial Hacienda that has been producing the finest pisco since 1684. Here, we will learn all about the history and origin of pisco.

Pisco NiettoWe will visit the Artisanal Winery known as Pisco Nietto , which will serve as a comparison point between the large-scale production of a hacienda and an artisanal winery.
